  • February 28, 2019: notification of acceptance

  • April 10, 2019: closing early bird registration

  • April 30, 2019: closing of registration

  • June 3-5, 2019: conference

The organizing committee will send a payment certificate to all registered participants within a week after payment (aprox.).

REGISTRATION FEES

PhD Student: 275€ (early - April, 10) – 375€ (late - April, 30)
Regular: 450€ (early - April, 10) – 550€ (late - April, 30)
Accompanying person: 200€

REFUND POLICY

Registrations cancelled up to 2 weeks before the conference date are eligible for an 50% refund of the registration fees paid.The remaining 50% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.

However, registrations cancelled less than 2 weeks before the conference date are not refundable.
